Even when we have the luxury of seeing everyday life as tourists, routine goes on around us. On an early morning photo shoot, I came upon these buses, filling with commuters making the daily trek from Granada to Managua, Nicaragua. I loved the bright colors of the buses, gleaming in the low morning sun.

I often think that, too, Lydia, when we are on vacation,folks in the neighborhood still trudging to work/school each day that we are R& R-ing. It's a moment to reflect on our blessings and good fortune.
I wonder why the chair in the photo? Some old woman with a long wait, perhaps?

Connie, I also wondered about the chair. For an elderly rider, perhaps, or for a ticket-taker?
