The last ten minutes (but the whole is necessary to understand) of this video blew me away. Forging ahead, even in one's sixties requires vision, owning the vision and total conviction. Also, saying "no" to what is dumb, boring, nonsensical and emotionally dysfunctional. Start today, yes!

Mary, I found myself nodding yes, yes, yes as I was listening to this. It really did prompt me to make some major decisions about my current work, and to think more mindfully about what my future work might look like. I've listened to it more than once already.
