Think of Road ID as an inconspicuous security blanket that snuggles up next to your wrist. I have one on my Apple Watch band all the time. It's engraved with my name, an emergency name and phone number (my husband Ted) to call if I'm in distress, and some medical info that an EMT would be glad to have.
